Our October Support Group will be Thursday October 1st at 7pm-9pm. Our discusion this month will be
on portioning control of our meals while working with the band. We will also have our door prize drawing. If you have any topics that you would like to address at future group meeting, please drop us a note on our web site or email. We welcome any input to make our group meetings your successful journey.
