Who :    YOU, Friends, Family, Co-workers, Pre-Op, Post-Op, Still deciding
What :    Support group for everyone who wants to come have fun and learn a few thing along the way. The meeting is about you and what you want to talk about. This month’s starter topic will be “Portion Control” but feel free to brining any topics you want to share, or talk about.
