Just an idea for a support group meeting. Can you get a body builder to come and talk just how one can work on a group of muscles that we have the most problems with ie. under arms, stomach, neck, and the male breast. Also how can it be done say on break at work, at lunch, in the car, or say at my desk. Do you lift 100lbs 5 times or do you lift 10lbs 50 times. Just a thought. Pat Hewitt
