I talked with Joe in Springfield today, and he gave me some details about the next support group meeting. The Springfield support group is taking advantage of the nice weather and having this month’s meeting in a local park on August 22. They’re meeting with a local rancher who will bring samples of a protein source growing in popularity: bison.
Unfortunately, they need a good head count for the rancher to know how much to bring, but you might call Joe or Joann at the office to see if they can squeeze you in or if they have an opening become available.
