St. Peters support group is taking a break in the month of August and we will restart our meetings the 4th Thursday of September, the 24th from 7pm to 8 pm.
Our topic again will be the Post Operative Pantry and Refrigerator. We will be discussing how to well stock your pantry and refrigerator for post operative eating with the adjustable gastric band. We will discuss how to grocery shop and what aisles to steer clear from!
