August Support Group Meeting-date change

Well, it’s “State Fair Time” ....so we have changed the date of our support group meeting from August 20th to August 27th ...7pm at the West Des Moines office.  We will be discussing the importance of protein (and low fat options) in your diet.  We will be sampling a quick and easy one - yogurt.  Hope to see you there ....just give us a jingle at (515) 309-3519 to let us know you’ll be there.  Oh, have FUN at the fair!!

If you’re on Facebook, you can RSVP to the Wichita Support Group event we set up on our page there, and then you can discuss it with other people attending or even invite your friends if they have had a band, are considering a band, or if they would make a great accountability buddy for you.
