Weight GAIN in the first month—HELP!

This is kind of normal.  Sometimes our bodies go into a plateau phase and they just need to be psyched out.  Try to change up the number of calories you are eating each day.  One day you might eat 800 and the next day 1200, just to keep your body guessing.  You also said that you are not eating much.  I know I wasn’t eating much because I was too tight and ended up gaining weight but as soon as I had an unfill as was able to eat a little bit more the weight came back off.  You may also want to mix up your exercise routine a little bit because once again our bodies will figure us out.

I would suggest just talking to your practitioner about it at your next appointment because they won’t steer you wrong.
