Hi everyone ....just wanted to get an idea of what type of information you’l like me to post periodically.  Is there something you like me to put on this forum on a regular basis?  Just let me know.  Have a good summer ....stay cool & use sunscreen!! ....Dy Edwards

It would be nice to see some strategies that are used by people…tips, techniques, etc on anything from food ideas, exercise, etc. I would also like to hear of some local success stories and to hear about their journey.
