At Weight Loss Surgical Center, we have regular support groups in almost all of our markets, and they’re open to anyone who needs support losing weight.
Last weekend, we had a great support group meeting at our Overland Park location with 23 attendees, and a couple of people were there to learn more about the band before having surgery. I believe that the people who were there got a lot of really good insight from Weight Loss Surgical Center employees and patients.
If you have questions before your first appointment or while you’re waiting for insurance verification, a support group visit is a great way to interact with people who have been through it.
