Question, I am to have my second fill tomorrow so this may no longer be an issue. For the last week I have needed a snack in the afternoon to get by and that has been 10 to 15 Almonds or about 160 calories but the fat is very high 14g, carb. 6g, and 6g protein. I have been told that Almonds are very good for you but the high fat concerns me. What are some ideas on a good afternoon snack. :-)
