Sorry I had to miss last month’s meeting, we had an open house for my son’s graduation the same day.  I’m looking forward to seeing you all again for the June meeting.

If you haven’t been in for an appointment for the past few weeks you probably haven’t seen the signs about this month’s support group meeting. You don’t want to miss it, because we’re kicking off our Weekend Get-A-Weigh Competition.

The competition is open to any of our Overland Park patients, and we’ll start private weigh-ins before support group begins on June 20. Over the next three meetings, we’ll do weigh-ins to measure weight loss percentages until we name a Get-A-Weigh winner in September. That person will earn a spa weekend for two!

If you want your chance to kick your weight loss into high gear this summer AND possibly win a spa Get-A-Weigh, you’ll need to attend the June 20 support group meeting at Weight Loss Surgical Center’s Overland Park location.

And if that’s not enough motivation, the first 20 WLSC patients attending the meeting will get a Weight Loss Surgical Center booster kit with tools and samples to help you melt off the pounds this summer!

The June Support Group Meeting was great!  We had 23 attendees & 16 people took the challenge!  I’m so looking forward to next month to see how everyone has done so far.

Wow, I’m sorry I missed that. But I only had the surgery the day before, so I’m thinking y’all wouldn’t have wanted me there. Still too loopy. 

Any idea when the July meeting will be? Also, you had a meeting a while back where you tried out a Wii system. Any thoughts on doing that again? I’m dying to see how one of those things works.
