This is exciting. I’ve heard so many good things about this surgery and the posts in this thread have been quite encouraging. I’m scheduled for the surgery in late February.

At first, I was hesitant and now it can’t come soon enough. It feels like my new body is waiting for me around the bend!

My birthday rolls around at the end of this month and my driver’s license will expire that day.  I am going to tell the truth about my weight this time (makes me want to lose another 5 just because I know I can) and I can’t wait for them to take my new picture.  Never in my life would I have thought I would have made these two statements.

YesYesYes, you can do it. I too had a birthday infact yesterday I hit the great number of 60 and I can say with full truth I feel like I am just a kid again. Hope to see you Saturday.  Pat
