Support Group:
August 12: Genesis Health Club, 854 N. Socora, Wichita at 7 PM.

August 17: 1 PM in the office.

July winners: Karen and Robert won gift cards. Belinda, Sondra, and Jill won rewards points.

New Opportunity
“Motivational challenge.”  Starts in August and goes through December. Must attend August Support Group for details. The ultimate challenge was a success and the group members have asked that we do a motivational challenge because those who were not in the challenge were motivated by the ones who they were cheering on and want to continue the momentum of that motivation.

Ok—I still think this site is really hard to manuver or is it just my age??  And I could not get “smileys” to work—-but yeah!!  support group was good we need more people—-how can we post to face book?  from here???  I need a challenge and will get to join in on the next month’s one….added water aerobics back to my routine 3x/week at Genesis

I need it for the stretching, rage of motion and strength it gives me.  I like the 1:00 arthritis class but will change in a couple of weeks when school starts (that will be a challenge)
