The March Support group will be at Genesis 854. N. Socora at 7 PM. We will have a guest speaker talking about the transitions lifestyle system. She will be explaining the benefits of the system and will have some of the products available to try. The opportunity will give some additional ideas/information on options for portion control with prepared products.
