January Support Group rescheduled to January 14

Due to the extreme temperatures, the support group for January 7 will be held on January 14 at Genesis at 7 PM.
We will start our “Ultimate Transformation Challenge” then. We will be taking pictures, weight and measurements and holding an open forum for questions and concerns. Hope to see many of you there. In the meantime, stay warm, drink plenty of fluids, and get plenty of rest.
