November support groups

The evening November support group will be on Thursday, November 12 at 7 PM at Genesis Health Club, 854 N. Socora. The topic will be back to the basics and how to manage sick days.

The Tuesday afternoon support groups will be November 3 and 17 at 1 PM at the Office, 3460 N. Ridge Road.
The topic on the 3rd will be plateaus and on the 17th holiday discipline.
