I have to say that the Springfield support has been helpful to me. Input is always nice, and to see what other Lband folks are doing lets me be more in touch with what I may need to do or not do.  The Springfield group has named itself “Friends Banding Together” and it feel very friendly to me.  As a fellow “bander” for about a year and a half, it’s nice to see where others have gone and are going and offer my input and support to others as well.

Oops, I notice the place listed for this group is at Inches A weigh, but it is right now being held at the Weight Loss Surgical Center on National Avenue.  Next meeting is on May 21st.
