OCTOBER BANDED TOGETHER SUPPORT GROUP MEETING

Just want to let everyone know that David Brucker our “REALIZE” representative will be speaking at the October meeting.  They have a great website and anyone can use it.  You do not have to have a REALIZE band.  He will be speaking about all of the great tools you can be using to assist in your weight loss.
