December Independence LAP-BAND Support Group

December’s Independence LAP-BAND Support Group is Wednesday, December 2 at 4:30 p.m. and will feature a visit from our Independence LAP-BAND care provider Lisa, and we’ll also be taking first weigh-ins for our 6-month weight loss challenge. You don’t want to miss this one!

Hey guys this is Independence Adam telling you I want you stop reading the threads on the first Wednesdays of each month and come to the Independence support group. We are talking about menu ideas and how to eat with the band and goals in mind. Bring any ideas you have or things you want to talk about and lets have some fun.

The group is growing and you can only help it become stronger. If you have ever wanted to try a support group but were afraid this is the time to start. The folks that have come so far are all great and tell me they now feel like they are not on this journey alone. We do not “weigh in” or anything like that so don’t worry about the numbers, just the date and time!!!

Hey everyone tomorrow is group meeting and i just wanted to put out a reminder. The topic will be “Portion Control” but like normal the open forum is the juicy part of the meeting. Hope to see you there. The door price will be small dishes to help make good portion decisions.
