I am a family nurse practitioner, certified diabetes educator, and certified bariatric nurse. I am also the state representative for the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I belong to several professional organizations as well. One of my favorite activities as a nurse is the services I provide at the Chisholm Trail Gun Association’s trade shows twice a year. I provide health screening, education, and first aid to anyone who attends the shows. I have two grown children, two grandchildren, a German Shorthair dog, and a cat. Every chance I get, I love to be outside on my farm.
