Hands on coordination of clinical care to prepare patients for elective surgery, collaborating with the on-site surgical facility to maximize surgery volumes with the utmost attention to patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Supervise and direct care in all clinical areas of the facility • Coordinate and direct patient care in the clinic, sharing responsibility for the business activities of the clinical services provided • Oversee patient scheduling in all clinical areas and coordinate surgery with our surgeon team Requirements • Qualified candidates possess current RN licensure • Excellent communications, customer service, decision-making and teambuilding skills • Administrative talent and a desire to work for the leading independent bariatric surgi-center/hospital • Availability Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., some weekend projects required Preferences • Past managerial experience • EMR use in a clinic setting • Administrative and computer skills • Knowledge of health insurance processesLocations

PACU RN
Weight Loss Surgical Center needs a PACU RN to provide knowledgeable assessment and care of post-anesthesia, post-surgical patients. This RN coordinates the efforts of the multidisciplinary treatment team for patients. Position is accountable for patient assessment, intervening as the patient’s condition changes, and evaluating the care and treatments the patient receives to determine if the patient is achieving the expected outcomes. Position is responsible for administration of medications and treatments, reviewing test results, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure the highest quality patient care.
