Weight Loss Surgical Center Giving Away a Free LAP-BAND Surgery

Radio listeners in the Kansas City area may have already heard that Weight Loss Surgical Center is currently accepting nominations for our "Mom Deserves More of Life" LAP-BAND giveaway this month. Listeners are encouraged to submit nominations for the mother or mother-figure in their life for the opportunity to get more of life by losing weight with a LAP-BAND surgery.
People can register at Star 102, Q 104, or KFKF by Sunday, September 27th, 2009 (11:59pm CST). 15 finalists will be selected on Monday, October 12, 2009 with the grand prize winner selected and notified on Monday, October 19, 2009. Please note the official rules if you enter a submission.
