Reduce your sugar intake: 4 simple ways

Here are some tips, modified from a recent Indianapolis Star story. Some LAP-BAND patients may find these tips useful.
1. Stick to water, as much as possible. Cut out any sugary drinks, especially.
2. Choose deserts with pre-packaged portions to help prevent that "one last bite..."
3. Avoid sugary cereals, and don't add any extra sugar.
4. Cut sugar by 1/3 in most recipes, and you might not notice the difference.
