Overland Park Weight Loss Support Group Drops 10 Percent

Weight Loss Surgical Center's Overland Park LAP-BAND Support Group finished its Summer Get-A-Weigh Competition last weekend, with the competitors who made it through the competition losing more than 10 percent of their total body weight.
Group member Pat was named the winner of the competition for losing more than 15 percent of his body weight since the contest began in June. He said he's feeling great because of the weight loss. Now he and his wife will get to enjoy the fruits of his labor at the Elms Spa and Resort in Excelsior Springs, Mo., for a 2-night spa package. Congratulations, Pat!
