Weight Loss Surgical Center's Referral Rewards Program is a way for our patients to help their friends and reward themselves for the effort after their LAP-BAND or REALIZE Band Surgeries.
After surgery, patients can register for Weight Loss Surgical Center's Referral Rewards Program with a unique code given to them at their local clinic.
Next, patients begin to collect points. They earn 100 reward points just for signing up.
Patients collect 3,000 reward points for their first successful surgery referrals.
They can collect 4,000 reward points for their second successful surgery referrals.
They can collect 5,000 reward points for their third successful surgery referrals.
Our patients can collect as many as 12,000 points for each successful surgery 10 and above! 
After saving up all those points, Weight Loss Surgical Center patients can reward themselves and shop through our catalog of more than 2,000 rewards.
Note that the referral must be entered into the system before that patient has their initial consultation for the points to be awarded after the surgery date. In cases where more than one patient refers the same person, points are only awarded to the first referrer.
