Another protein source

This article has popped up a couple times in my daily Internet searches and I just realized that it contains a tasty tidbit for people looking new protein options.
The author of the article talks about how tuna can be a good food for LAP-BAND Patients, but only if you skip the water-packed stuff. She makes the point that fish oils can be healthy, and they also make passage through the LAP-BAND restriction much easier than the dryer, water-packed versions of the fish.
